They kept pegging the opposition with regular wickets and never allowed any partnership to blossom. David Hussey stroked a valiant half-century but he was the lone fighter as Australia managed a paltry total on the board.Australia needed early wickets to bounce back in the contest but that didn't happen as the Lankan openers got off to a rollicking start. They added 74 for the first wicket and Sangakkara played a nice cameo of 30. Mahela Jayawardena with a 67-ball 61 stayed there till the end and steered his side to a resounding win.
